My favorite way to start the day is with Bulletproof coffee and a green smoothie. It’s hard to get into the routine of waking up early enough to exercise and eat properly. To have time for coffee, fitness and breakfast; I prep homemade cold brew coffee with a scoop of vanilla or chocolate into mason jars with lids. Then prep the green smoothies for a post workout breakfast. Sipping on a green smoothie on your commute to work will help boost your metabolism and supercharge your day with a cup of kale. If you’re not into breakfast, sipping on a green smoothie might help you get into the habit of getting nutrition first thing in the morning without the hassle of cooking a sit down breakfast.

- 1 cup organic coconut water
- 1 apple (Fuji is my fav)
- 1 cup baby kale
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
- Add more coconut water if you prefer a watery smoothie.
